The case has a built-in hygrometer, zipper pouch which lines top of case, accessory compartment, and fully functional locking latch with key. The interior features a soft non-abrasive lining with suspension padding and Velcro neck fastener.

The case is in almost pristine condition, both inside and out. The exterior is constructed from a lightweight shock absorbing wood frame and covered in resilient nylon material. There is some slight signs of scuffing from shelf left on the exterior fabric but this almost new otherwise.
