This guarneri del gesu copy is beautiful and sounds incredible.

My impressions and opinions are the tone is balanced across all strings, has very good depth, responsive through dynamic ranges, smooth, open clear. Traditionally antiqued and finished in a spirit varnish over golden ground. The tone is extremely good. Exquisitely flamed two-piece back with similar ribs sides.

This is the highly coveted model CS2900G-1ADJ made with finest tone wood maple top ribs scroll and spruce. The workmanship is top-of-the-line. I have tested and played this violin. Hill boxwood pegs, tailpiece and end pin.

It even has its original tag. The spruce top has perfect medium grain. Ebony fingerboard. This finely crafted instrument is hand carved from quality tone wood.
