Ebony fingerboard. This finely crafted instrument is hand carved from quality tone wood. My impressions and opinions are the tone is balanced across all strings, has very good depth, nicely responsive through dynamic ranges, smooth, open clear. It even has its original tag.

This model is rare because of its superior workmanship, tone wood and amazing tone. The tone is extremely good especially for a violin this affordable price range. The maker even went all out and pegs tailpiece have Parisian inlays of mother-of-pearl. There is no case or bow included.

This copy of the violin once owned and played by fritz kreisler is a work art sounds fantastic. Ebony hill pegs, tailpiece and end pin. The spruce top has perfect medium grain.

The condition is new made in workmanship top-of-the-line. I have tested and played this violin. Exquisitely flamed two-piece back with similar ribs sides. Guarnieri chin rest.

Traditionally antiqued and finished in a spirit varnish over golden ground. This is the highly coveted model CS2000 kreisler made with finest tone wood maple top ribs scroll and spruce.
