The violin has some wear and scratches. She played this violin when was a sophomore and junior in high school, just before WWI. It is not dusty or man-handled.

Before that, in my grandmothers study room for decades. This has lived in my mothers house, a closet for decades. The strings and bridge has been redone. It comes in its original case.

It still has label on inside. This nikolous Amati Ladies 4 violin was my great-grandmother's.
