The violin has a handcrafted scroll, and dark rosewood tuning pegs which are hand carved, ensure quality pegs that don't slip. Tuning is very easy because of the 4 built in fine tuners displayed on the handcrafted tailpiece. We bought this, took it out of the packaging, and then never used it, still in prime condition. This high quality violin is a great instrument for a beginner violin student.

This outfit comes complete with a lightweight, blue canvas cover, and is equipped with handles and shoulder strap for comfortable transportation. The nylon tailgate is adjustable and the steel rope core strings stay in tune longer than other strings. The frog is made of genuine ebony, the wood bow features real horsehair.
