The trim is ebony heart pegs with white collar and tip and guarneri chin rest. The ribs are of a slightly more marked wood. The case is a wood shell oblong of unknown manufacturer, black with green interior.

The two piece spruce top is of an even medium width grain that narrows considerably at the last centimeter of the lower flanks. Beautiful violin set up includes case, 2 bows, case, extra strings made by thomastik g, d1, a1, e2 and hider sine rosin. Certificate of authenticity by Scott Cao.

The finish has been antiqued and distressed to replicate guarneri model.

The varnish is shaded from a medium red brown to a reddish amber color the scroll is of a similar wood as the back.
