I paid almost 800 for it. And its probably only been played on for a total of five hours. He plays in a high school orchestra and live band. After trying it for a few weeks at home only, he realized that the fixed chin rest was not going work him.

Johnson strings refused to take it back past the 30 day window. My loss is your gain. The violin is less than two months old. The violin is in brand-new condition.

I bought this violin new for my son. Not one scratch on it. He requires a centered chin rest.
