It has a nasty rip on its top, approximately six inches in length and close to the top zipper. This instrument has been well maintained and has minimal finish or surface wear.
The fingerboard and the chin rest are also fashioned out of ebony wood for that traditional look. Hand crafted in Europe by master artisans, the model HS358 is serial number 8167x and was sold to the us market exclusively.
An ebony tailpiece has been utilized with nickel fine tuners. Each of the pegs are hand fitted and are made of ebony just like the tailpiece. There is a pocket inside for supplies.
