Details:

I'm not a player, but the instrument sings when plucked. I can't find it any longer. Nut, pegs, fingerboard, tailpiece, saddle and end pin are ebony.

Outfit includes pictured case, Eastman fiberglass bow with horse hair. Which now that it's fixed has literally disappeared. The elegantly antiqued spirit varnish has a handsome reddish pigment.

This instrument comes with new d'Dario prorate strings, new Eastman fiberglass horsehair bow and a new blue interior rectangular case.

Ebony fittings the front, back and sides of the violin appear unblemished other than the normal antique finish that is applied. The flaming is lovely, and the neck matches nicely.

This instrument had a minor crack in the back. Any dings, nicks were put there by Eastman. This is a VL501 4/4 violin.

This is one of those gems. The jean pierre lupot is made with a well flamed maple back and a finely grained spruce top. The whole instrument has an antique finish to it.

This violin features a solid carved spruce top and solid carved maple back, with inlaid purling, full lining, and corner blocks.
