Violin is in excellent condition for its age. Violin has a 2 piece back. The body and scroll area of the case have cushions built into interior to insulate instrument from impacts exterior. Very sweet, gentle tone overall, I've played it with dominants and a few other string types over the years has still favored more brilliant sound.
Comes with a bow and generic shoulder rest. It comes with a GSB coffin case that is in immaculate condition, and has very vibrant lush red felt like interior. I've played it on and off for the last 7 years but I have mostly kept put away safely stored. Was my grandfathers before I inherited it.
This is a beautiful 4/4 size West German violin made by Fritz Otto Kaiser in 1978. It currently has Piastre tonics G, D, A strings and a loop end E string that I'm not sure of the brand on.
