Details:

The onboard preamps has a 1/4 input as well, so you can choose which works best for. I bough this electric about a year ago and it works perfectly. I've been playing my acoustic violin more now and thus do not need this electric one anymore.

I put in a 1/4 inch jack on the side of instrument, just to make it easier plug guitar cable. I bought it online new for about 175 plus 50 shipping. Comes with case.
